Conducts cross training for sales and/or teller training.Conduct employee roundtable sessions as requested or needed by Corporate Training.Utilizes tools such as More Money Calculator to promote referral programs.Provides feedback to lead trainers on training programs.Consult with other trainers, managers and market leadership on trainee development.Submit recommended employment terminations based on lack of performance or policy violation.Ability to conduct training through different delivery methods.Coach employees effectively on learning gaps or policy violations.Critically examining and assessing the trainees' understanding and progress of learning.Evaluate trainee's competency levels and improvise teaching style to meet learner's style of learning.
